Why GyaniX
Results that show their working
A single score says little about what someone can actually do. GyaniX breaks results down skill by skill and shows how much evidence sits behind each one, so the people reading a report can judge it for themselves.
We would rather open assessments slowly than offer questions nobody has checked. That is why the first assessment, Java Developer, is still listed as “Not available yet” while subject-matter experts review it.
Checked before anyone is assessed
An assessment opens only after its questions pass review. Learning papers are AI-generated and AI-reviewed with evidence and labelled as such; hiring assessments additionally need subject-matter expert approval. Unreviewed questions are never used.
Show the evidence
Results are shown overall and skill by skill, with the number of questions behind each skill result.
People review people
Written answers are scored by a person, and a person reviews integrity flags before any conclusion is drawn.
No numbers without data
Comparisons such as percentiles or rankings appear only when enough comparable results exist.
Consent first
Proctoring is used only on proctored assessments, and only with the candidate's consent.
