AI interviews

An interview stage is a set of written interview questions with published rubrics. Where enabled, GyaniX may ask one short follow-up based on the answer. Every answer is scored against the rubric: AI proposes scores with evidence and confidence, and a person reviews uncertain or high-stakes ones and can always override.

Current status

Questions, rubrics, conversation storage, scoring and review work today. Live AI follow-ups and AI score proposals start once GyaniX connects an AI provider. Until then, people score the answers.

Safeguards

The AI never decides hiring, never asks about personal characteristics, health or family, and every AI turn is labelled and recorded.
