Credits, plans, invoices and usage for organisations.

- 3Without a plan, assessments use credits you buy or are granted. Choose a plan (with a free trial where offered) when you are ready.
One assessment credit is one candidate attempt at one 50-question assessment. Assigning an assessment reserves a credit. It is used when the candidate starts, and returned if the assignment is cancelled or expires unused. A plan can add credits every period, limit staff seats and AI use, and include features such as campaigns, analytics, branding, SSO, API and webhooks.
Invoices and payment
Plan invoices are numbered and cannot be edited. Until an online payment gateway is connected for plans, pay by bank transfer quoting the invoice number; GyaniX records the payment and the plan becomes active.
