Importing your CV
Read your CV, confirm each item, and keep it labelled as from your CV.
For: Candidates & individuals
- 1Go to Profile → Import from CV and upload a PDF, Word (.docx) or text file.
- 2Review what was found; choose what to add, edit anything, and resolve differences with your profile.
- 3Confirm. The extracted text is erased afterwards.
Contact details, family and address lines are never taken from a CV. CV details are claims, not measured capability.
Scanned CVs and photos
Scans and photos (PDF, PNG, JPG) are read with text recognition (OCR) where GyaniX has switched it on. The review screen shows how confidently the text was read, and nothing is ticked for you — you choose each item after checking it. If OCR is not switched on, upload a Word or text version or paste the text.
