Does AI decide who gets hired?
No. AI helps design assessments, draft questions (always validated by an SME) and propose scores. People decide.
Is GyaniX only for technical roles?
No. The engine and taxonomy cover technical, functional, cognitive, communication and behavioural skills. Available content grows as SMEs validate it.
Can candidates cheat?
No system can prevent all cheating. GyaniX makes it harder (proctoring, randomised papers, exposure control) and shows evidence to people who review it.
Are percentiles always shown?
Only when enough real, comparable results exist. Otherwise GyaniX shows no comparison rather than an invented one.
What happens to my data?
You can download it or ask for deletion from Account. Evidence snapshots are deleted after the retention period.
Is my CV used to score me?
No. CV and profile details help GyaniX suggest assessments; only assessments measure capability.
Does GyaniX hold security certifications?
Not at this time, and GyaniX does not claim any it does not hold.
