Integrations, API and webhooks

What connects today, and how to connect your own systems.

For: Employers & institutions, Administrators

  1. 1Go to Organisation → Integrations.
  2. 2API: create a key (shown once), choose what it may read and when it expires, and call /api/v1/results or /api/v1/assessments with Authorization: Bearer <key>. Rotate a key to replace its secret (the old one can keep working for up to 72 hours); expired and revoked keys stop working immediately.
  3. 3Webhooks: add an HTTPS address and choose events (assessment assigned, result ready, integrity decision). Each delivery is signed with X-GyaniX-Signature and retried if your system is down.

Also available: CSV import of people and structure, and CSV exports. Depending on GyaniX configuration: e-mail, AI assistance and code execution. Company single sign-on can be recorded now and switches on when your identity provider is connected. ATS, HRMS and LMS connectors are not built yet; the API and webhooks are the way to connect them today.
