Reading a GyaniX report
Scores, skills, sections, evidence confidence, integrity, progress and next steps.
For: Employers & institutions, Candidates & individuals, Everyone
The technical score is the share of marks earned. Skill scores show strengths and development areas, with how many questions stand behind each (evidence confidence). Sections group skills where the organisation set them. Integrity is separate. Written answers show how they were scored (by a person, or by AI with a person reviewing).
Progress and next steps
Earlier validated results on the same skills show your progress. Recommended development actions appear only when there is enough evidence. AI-personalised results are never mixed into the trend.
Benchmarks and thresholds
Comparisons appear only when enough real, comparable results exist. An organisation may set a reference threshold; it is shown to its reviewers and never decides on its own.
