GyaniX designs, delivers and scores skill assessments, and turns the results into evidence of capability. It works for technical and non-technical skills. Java is only the first validated content.
Who does what
Organisations create and assign assessments. Candidates take them. Subject experts (SMEs) validate every question before it can be used. GyaniX provides the intelligence; people make the decisions that matter.
First steps for an organisation
1) Create an assessment with the Assessment Architect. 2) Invite a candidate, or upload a CSV of candidates. 3) Open the report once the candidate has finished.
