Buy prepaid credits
Choose a credit package. Its price, validity and refund terms are shown before you buy; credits activate once payment is confirmed.
Choose an assessment
Pick from the published catalogue. The number of credits an assessment uses is shown before you assign it.
Invite people
Invite candidates or employees one at a time, or many at once from a CSV file. Each invitation reserves the credits it needs.
They take the assessment
Candidates accept the invitation and agree to proctoring before they start. Credits are used when the candidate starts.
Read results and reports
Track progress, read each person's skill-by-skill result and report, and compare people who took the same assessment.

Prepaid credits
How credits work
Activated after payment
Credits activate only once your payment is confirmed. The package, validity and refund terms are shown before you buy.
Valid for 12 months
Every purchased batch of credits is valid for 12 months from the day it is activated.
Earliest expiry used first
When you assign an assessment, credits from the batch that expires soonest are used first.
Reserved, then used
Inviting someone reserves the credits. They are used when the person starts, and released if the assessment is never started.
Cost shown before assigning
Each assessment shows how many credits it uses before you assign it.
Transfers keep their expiry
Credits moved between accounts keep their original expiry date; moving credits never extends them.

Candidates
Consent, and who receives the results
Candidate consent
The invitation names your company. Before a proctored assessment starts, the candidate is told what is monitored (camera face presence, leaving the tab or full screen, pasting) and must agree. Without consent the assessment does not start.
Who receives the results
Results of an assessment your company assigned go to your company's workspace, where only team members with the right role can see them. Other organisations cannot see them, and the candidate knows from the invitation which organisation invited them.
GyaniX shows comparisons with other people only when enough comparable results exist, and a person reviews any integrity flag before a conclusion is drawn. Decisions about people are made by people.
