How it works
From partner terms to customer usage
Agree terms with GyaniX
Partner discounts and resale terms are agreed with GyaniX before you start. GyaniX then switches your organisation to a partner account; it cannot be done by signing up.
Buy prepaid credits
Buy credits for your partner account. They activate once payment is confirmed.
Create customer accounts
Set up an account for each customer you serve. Each customer is a separate organisation; you can invite its first administrator.
Allocate credits
Move credits you already hold to a customer. Allocation never creates new credits.
Track usage
See what each customer holds, has reserved and has used.

What partners can do

Prepaid credits
Credit rules that apply to partners and their customers
Activated after payment
Credits activate only once your payment is confirmed. The package, validity and refund terms are shown before you buy.
Valid for 12 months
Every purchased batch of credits is valid for 12 months from the day it is activated.
Earliest expiry used first
When you assign an assessment, credits from the batch that expires soonest are used first.
One credit per attempt
One credit pays for one person's attempt at one assessment. Library, own-content and AI-generated assessments use separate credit types, each priced separately; you see which type before you assign.
Reserved, then used
Inviting someone reserves one credit. It is used when the person starts, and released if the assessment is never started.
Transfers keep their expiry
Credits moved between accounts keep their original expiry date; moving credits never extends them.
